Delivery by an FTD® Florist
We can deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to almost 100% of the United States and Canada. We can also deliver flowers, worldwide, to over 85 countries across the globe. To place an international order, or for more specific information regarding over 85 countries we serve, please visit our International shopping section.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.
In most areas of the United States and Canada, orders placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 12 noon in the recipient's time zone.
Funeral arrangements require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day see below:
Exotic Flowers and Plants - Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, next day delivery is required. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday.
International Deliveries - Outside the United States and Canada, flower and plant order's next available delivery date is country specific. Floral arrangements delivered internationally may vary due to current exchange rates, or regional and seasonal availability. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required.

Floral Modifications
Shown, Deluxe, and Premium Floral Bouquets
We offer more than 400 floral arrangements and plants on our Web site. These products can be modified based on how much you would like to spend. All orders are automatically processed as "Shown" unless you decide to change the order to a "Deluxe" or "Premium" arrangement. You'll be given this option on our order form.

Occasionally, we extend various offers, such as special sale pricing, to our valued customers. We strive to present a variety of offers to meet the varying needs and interests of our customers. Please note that individual offers may not be combined with other offers, and offers may not be applied to prior purchases. Please see the specific terms and conditions of each offer for details.
We can't deliver to Intensive Care Units (ICU) or the Critical Care Units (CCU) of hospitals because most hospitals don't allow it. If you send flowers to someone in the hospital who is currently in, or has moved, to ICU or CCU, we'll hold the order until such time as the person is released into a regular room. A fresh bouquet will be delivered on that day.

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. If you need to cancel your order please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@ftdflores.com.
