A. In order for encryption to work, both your Web browser and our Netscape server must be compatible. If your Web browser cannot send and receive encrypted information, you will have problems using our encrypted order form. Under these circumstances, you may use our non-encrypted order form, order by phoning the florist directly, or change Web browsers.
For the best viewing of our site, we recommend the latest release of Netscape's Navigator, but Microsoft's Internet Explorer 3.0 will also work. We do not recommend beta versions of either browser.
A. There are many variables when it comes to determining problems with connectivity speeds. The FTD Web server has been especially designed for high-availability and low-wait times. However, due to the size and unpredictable nature of the Internet, you may occasionally experience slow download times. Please be patient.
A. It is possible that the browser is out of memory. To fix this, clear the cache or restart the browser.
