A. All FTD florists must maintain a stock of flowers and foliage that pass stringent inspection for quality, freshness, and variety. All floral designs must meet specific design guidelines to ensure that the shape and style of the arrangement and the flowers and floral materials it contains are similar to those shown in our FTD store. All FTD florists must be experienced in the art of floral design, and his or her shop must be well-equipped, clean, and well-staffed to meet FTD standards.
Substitution is allowable only in emergency situations.
A. All FTD florists provide a satisfaction guarantee on all orders sent through FTD and its affiliates. Beyond the guarantee, all FTD florists are bound by the rules of their Association. If, for example, you order a $35 arrangement for delivery in another town or country, the FTD florist selected to fill your order must deliver an arrangement worth $35 at the prices prevailing in his or her area (delivery and service charges may be additional). All rules are strictly enforced by the FTD Test Order program and Membership group.
A. Orders are sent to an FTD florist in the city where your flowers are to be delivered, via the FTD Mercury Network (a computerized system for handling floral orders). Our FTD colleague in that city creates your floral gift or remembrance, and delivers it on the date you specify.
