AS professional FTD florist, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent through FTD for delivery in the United States and Canada and on all FTD branded products. If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will make any adjustment necessary, within twenty-four hours of delivery, to back up this guarantee. Unfortunately, we cannot make any adjustments if we are not notified within the twenty-four hours of delivery.
