Delivery Policies

• There is a 12pm cut-off item for most items, if an item is ordered after that time it will ship the following business day.
• Saturday delivery is available in most areas. There is no Sunday delivery available.
• Standard, Next Day and Saturday delivery are not available for Alaska and Hawaii.
• A valid telephone number needs to be provided for the recipient in order to assist FedEx or DHL with delivery of your gift. If a valid phone number is not provided, than delivery for your gift may be delayed
• Changes to address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge
• The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home. Also, we do not guarantee time delivery requests.
• Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-5 days for the hospital to process the order. Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital.
• Item cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO's.
• Orders being shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are available for 2-day delivery for an extra charge of $12.99. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional day.
