As a professional FTD florist, we guarantee your satisfaction with every order sent for delivery in the United States, Canada & abroad and on all FTD branded products.
If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we will send a replacement or refund the purchase price, less any delivery and/or services fees & sales tax. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the item, either by phone, email or in person and we will make the necessary adjustment to satisfy you and your recipient.
