If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your FTD order and return the product. You may call, come in person, or e-mail to us.
For faster results, please contact the delivering florist and if you are unsatisfied please have them retrieve the flowers.
Please note that unless the funeral flowers are returned in 48 hours we cannot issue a full refund on fresh products. Please call us or the local florist within 48 hours to pick up the product. If you like a replacement instead of refund, we will deliver a fresh arrangement to the funeral home or the family. We apologize for any inconvenience.
