What is your delivery policy?

We can deliver flowers to almost all ZIP codes in the United States. Same-day delivery is not always available in all areas, and is subject to florist availability and capacity and order cut-off times. We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

How does same-day delivery work?

Once you've selected your bouquet and entered a delivery ZIP code, you will be asked to choose from a calendar of available delivery dates. Usually if you have completed your order by the same-day delivery deadline, you will see today's date as available. Same-day delivery is not always available in all areas, and is subject to florist availability and capacity and order cut-off times. High order volume may occasionally prevent us from offering same-day delivery as an option to some customers.

What is the same-day delivery deadline?

Same-day delivery is generally available for orders placed before 1:00 p.m. (M-F) or 11:00 a.m. (Saturdays). Delivery date can be scheduled up to a month in advance.

What are the order deadlines for holiday delivery?

Same-day delivery is not available in some areas. It is available in your recipient's area if you see the Select button for the date on the "Select a Delivery Date" page.

PLEASE NOTE: Floral gifts cannot be guaranteed delivery on Sundays.

How do I place an order?

Once you've selected a bouquet, placing an order is easy. Simply follow the steps:

1. Choose a size and an optional gift (if available) for your bouquet. 2. Enter the recipient's ZIP code to check availability. 3. Select a delivery date. 4. Complete the checkout process.

During the checkout process, you'll have an opportunity to write a gift message, choose a delivery address and pay for your order.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

You'll receive an email from FLOWERS LLC within a few hours of order placement. This confirms that we have received and your card will be charged later on at the store level.

Will I be charged taxes or fees on my order?

Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to the state of Mass. Service charge of $9.99 is applied to all orders.

Is product satisfaction guaranteed?

We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements that the recipient is sure to enjoy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at the time of delivery, please contact us or the delivering florist within 48 hours.

What is your substitution policy?

Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your flower arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. We will attempt to make substitutions to your order so that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container of equal or greater value will be used Optional gifts may be substituted with another optional gift of equal or greater value and of similar theme and category

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel an order provided that we have not already finished processing the order for delivery.

What's the difference between a Standard, Deluxe or Premium bouquet?

When you select a Deluxe or Premium bouquet, we modify the arrangement shown in the picture, by adding more of the same types of flowers. We provide you with three choices for ordering floral arrangements: Standard: The bouquet is designed as shown in the picture Deluxe: The bouquet is designed to look like the picture, with a Deluxe upgrade of either more flowers or more expensive flowers added to the value of the arrangement Premium: It is designed to look like the picture, with a Premium upgrade of either more flowers or more expensive flowers added to the value of the arrangement.

What is a Florist Designed bouquet?

If you can't decide which bouquet to send FTD florist designed bouquet takes out the guesswork! Select an amount within your budget and the florist will design something special using the season's best flowers.
