How To Order
Ordering from any of our online florists is easy. Here's how:
Locating a Florist
- To begin your search for a FTD florist, use the florist locator on our home page. You can search by city or by zip/postal code.
- Special services offered by each florist are identified by icons.
Finding What You Want
- "Quick Shop"
A list of products and special occasions appears on every page of a florist's site. Select any product or special occasion to view product selections that match that category.
- "Florist's Favorite"
Most shops highlight 2 seasonal or holiday products on the home page. This link will take you to a detailed page describing that product. You can order direct from this page.
- Other On-Site Promotions
Additional promotions may appear on the florist's home page pointing to seasonal or holiday floral and gift selections.
Placing Your Order
- Ordering from Index Pages
An index page is any display of products that results when you select an on-site promotion or a category from the Quick Shop menu. To order directly from an index page, select "Order Now". For a larger product image and more product details, select "More Info" or click on the image.
- Ordering from Product Pages
A full product description and an enlarged photo of the product is linked to every indexed product and to the Florist's Favorite. Order by selecting the "Add To Cart" button.
- Personal Accounts
After you select the "Order Now" button, you will be asked to identify if you have a personal account.
If you have a personal account with a florist and have not signed in, select checkbox "I have a Personal FTD Account". (You do not need a personal account to place an order.) On page 1 of the Shopping Cart, personal account customers who have entries in their online address book will be prompted to "select recipient" from a list. If the recipient is not listed, continue on.
- Secure Transactions
Order processing is encrypted for all of our customers who have browsers that are capable of transmitting or receiving encrypted data.
- Multiple Transactions
You may send the same product to more than one recipient. You may order for more than one recipient, as well.
Confirming Your Order
Once you submit your order, a window will appear with your confirmation number and the details of your order. If the information is accurate, select the "Submit" button.
You will receive an itemized confirmation once your order has been processed.
