Please be sure to read our substitution and delivery policies.
ALL CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES WILL BE LEFT AT THE DOOR OF THE RECIPIENT, OR WITH A NEIGHBOR, IF NO ONE ANSWERS THE DOOR. Please make sure to give the recipients phone # so we can let them know where there delivery has been left. If we do not have a phone #, they may not see or receive their flowers. WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE REQUESTS FOR DELIVERIES AT SPECIFIC TIMES OF DAY. Deliveries made to a business will be completed by the end of the business day. Residential deliveries will be completed by 6:00PM-EXCEPT DURING HOLIDAYS...THAN WE DELIVER UP UNTIL 9 pm.
WHEN IT IS OVER 95 DEGREES-we may choose to call the recipient to schedule delivery. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return home. For unsecure locations-we may attempt re-delivery the next day. For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day-we may call first to make sure they are open.
Delivery Status... If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail. All transactions are in US currency. In the U.S. and Canada, same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods). Orders received after 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. There are no deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays. This would include the apartment or suite # if needed, and most especially a current telephone number.
Sunday Delivery... Due to limited availability of florists open Sunday, we can not guarantee delivery on Sunday. Monday MUST be an option for delivery if Sunday is not available-Funeral pieces will be delivered on Saturday for a Sunday service. Floral Order Delivery Times... Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours (9 AM to 6 PM). However, since we do not know each florist's delivery schedule for a particular day, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range unless verbally agreed. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery with a verbal confirmation, but they cannot be guaranteed without an additional fee required for special delivery.
When the Recipient Is Not Home... The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a neighbor or manager and attach a note to the recipient's door stating who accepted the arrangement on their behalf; or if the area is secure, we may leave the arrangement at the door. The florist may also leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the Flower shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. Another option is calling the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery. Most florists employ professional delivery personnel who will find the best delivery choice for your special gift.
Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery... Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to a $10.00 charge. International Floral Deliveries
Due to the various time zones between the U.S. and other continents, same day delivery is not available. We can only guarantee delivery dates for orders received three business days in advance. You must call us to place an international delivery order; you cannot do so online.
